Pensacola!!
It has been wonderful getting to know myself as a photographer and getting to know all of you! I am sad to say that we will be leaving Pensacola in early 2015.
We will be moving on to Virginia! We will be spending a few weeks in the Dahlgren, VA area in the spring and then moving on to Norfolk, VA mid-summer. And I’ll be spending time in Dallas, PA in the fall! It will be nice to spend some time at home! :)
The good news: We still have some availability for January 2015! Contact me today to book a session!
Something to always keep in mind: I am willing to travel! :) Just think: your destination wedding can be a destination wedding for me too!
Guys, this was so much fun.
Ciara knew I was itching to do something a little more customized and was excited for her and her boyfriend to be the subjects. The concept was for a “styled engagement session” with a camping theme and I think we did a good job!
Tyler (a Pensacola Beach fishing captain) shuttled us by boat to an island where we set up shop and had a great time.
Here is a sneak peek:

The colder months of winter mean we’ll all be heading inside for a while.
While inside, we’ll still be living and creating memories – whether it be putting a puzzle together as a family, creating Thanksgiving crafts, decorating the Christmas tree, baking cookies or cooking pancakes together. These everyday memories and traditions in the making are what we sometimes forget to remember.
Why not capture them forever?
Every time I see a photograph of my past it brings me back to that moment. When I see photographs of my parents and grandparents as children and young adults it makes my imagination go wild. Capture these everyday moments! Not only for you today, but for your children and grandchildren tomorrow.
The “Memories in Action” session takes a lifestyle approach to capturing your family as you are while enjoying your everyday activities. I’ll be a fly on the wall (sometimes a bit out of sight) while you carry on with your daily tasks.
What does that mean? Well, I’ll be spending some time with you in your home (or grandma’s house, or on the boat, or at the cabin) capturing your memories in action. These sessions include all digital images from the session via digital download (no less than 20 digital files) and can take anywhere from 1-4 hours depending on your lifestyle.

I met with the Solano family for some family portraits including their pup, Lola (who may be one of the best behaved pups I’ve ever met!). We had to postpone due to a cold snap here in Florida, but it all worked out – we had a beautiful afternoon with fantastic weather.
And what family doesn’t love to end a session with a funny photo?!
Life’s a Beach :)
Pierson is my favorite little muse. His momma is a fellow photographer hobbyist and appreciates photography, so we occasionally get together and shoot her son ;) You can find him all over my blog – our relationship has spanned his life from maternity, Fresh 48 and newborn photos to his 1st birthday cake smash! It is crazy to see how much he has grown!
And almost all of his sessions have a theme – fishing and the beach are almost always included. Dad is a local charter fishing captain and I’m pretty certain his son will follow in his footsteps!

Miss Reasoner + Mr. Dunn = Mr. & Mrs. Dunn
Congratulations to the new Mr. & Mrs. Dunn!
These love birds traveled to Pensacola Beach for a destination wedding on the Emerald Coast! Their intimate ceremony and reception were held at Hemingway’s Island Grill. It was a beautiful summer day with clear blue skies.
These two danced their first dance as husband and wife to Waltz for the Moon and shared a star fruit with their wedding cake! It was a wonderful ceremony and reception!
Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Dunn! Best wishes for years of happiness!
